Test on Antioxidant Effect

In-vitro Efficacy Test on Antioxidation Effect of Caron Solution

Caron Solution shows DPPH free radical scavenging activity, accordingly it is effective on anti-oxidation. When Caron Solution
is applied with a concentration of 0.1% or less, DPPH free radical scavenging activity is determined to increase by up to
66.2%~66.5% compared to the negative control group. As a DPPH free radical, it is contained in effective oxygen or active oxygen,
and therefore oxidative stress damages skin cells and tissues.

Test on Anti-inflammatory Effect

In-vitro Efficacy Test on Anti-inflammatory Effect of Caron Solution

Caron Solution is effective on anti-inflammatory(inhibits NF-кB activity) by reducing NF-кB activity. When Caron Solution
is applied with a concentration of 0.1%, Intracellular NF-κB activity decreased by 20.5~23.5%.

NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa B) plays an important role in the inflammatory response and causes abnormal development of the immune system
